The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 300 AVC has a micro processor engine management system, which automatically controls the engine speed according to the welding and auxiliary output required offering major savings on fuel consumption, weight and noise over previous models. The unique micro processor automatically senses the output required and then sets the engine speed accordingly, for example when welding at 150 amps the engine will be running at 70% of full speed, and the average sound level is under 60dB(A) at 7m
