The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 240CC/CV and 500CC/CV are multi-purpose welder/generators providing outstanding arc characteristics for manual metal arc and tig welding in constant current mode and mig/mag welding in the constant voltage mode using the optional add on tig units/mag wire feed units.

Remote Control facilities are fitted as standard on the control panel with a remote control box and cable optionally available. The Weldmaker 500CC/CV has three option kits available, which are a reverse polarity switch, welding ammeter and voltmeter and engine monitor gauges.
Powered by electric start Kubota diesel engines, both machines have auto-idle fitted as standard, which operates from the welding and auxiliary output reducing operating noise and fuel consumption. Auto shutdown is fitted to the machines, which will operate in the event of low oil pressure/high water temperature or thermal overload if the generator overheats.
Super silent in operation the Weldmaker 240CC/CV and 500CC/CV meet all the latest European sound and CE legislation.

The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 300 AVC has a micro processor engine management system, which automatically controls the engine speed according to the welding and auxiliary output required offering major savings on fuel consumption, weight and noise over previous models. The unique micro processor automatically senses the output required and then sets the engine speed accordingly, for example when welding at 150 amps the engine will be running at 70% of full speed, and the average sound level is under 60dB(A) at 7m

The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 200 SSD is super silent welder/generator providing excellent arc characteristics for all types of manual metal arc electrodes including cellulosic types. The machine is capable of continuous hand welding using 4.0mm electrodes and is protected against overload by a thermal trip.
The 3kW 110V AC auxiliary output can be switched between 50Hz and 60Hz and is independent from the welding output. The 32 amp and 16 amp sockets are protected by double pole overload trips fitted as standard with combined main circuit/earth leakage breaker.
Powered by an electric start Kubota Z402 water cooled twin cylinder diesel engine, the unit has a 15 liter fuel tank which provides up to 10 hours of operation. The machine has auto-idle fitted as standard, which operates from the welding and auxiliary outputs reducing operating noise and fuel consumption. Auto shutdown is fitted to the machine which will operate in the event of low oil pressure / high water temperature or thermal overload if the generator overheats.

The Arc-GenWeldmaker 330SSD Super Silent welder/generator provides excellent welding characteristics for all types of D.C. manual metal arc electrodes, especially cellulosic types.
An arc selection switch enables the operator to choose between cellulosic and basic electrode output.
The totally brushless welding alternator is controlled by the latest IBGT technology, which offers proven reliability, high performance and enables the output of the machine to be validated throughout the entire range.
Output on the 6 kW auxiliary generator is regulated by an AVR providing voltage regulation of ±1.5%. Welding and auxiliary power are available at the same time.
The super silent machine has been tested and approved to the latest EEC Regulations 84/535/EEC at 92 Lwa in sound power which equates to approximately 67DBA at 7m. The machine also complies with the latest EMC and CE Regulations.
To ensure total protection auto shutdown is fitted as standard which operates on thermal overload if the generator overheats, low oil pressure, high water temperature or fan belt failure. Auto idle to reduce engine noise and fuel consumption is also fitted as standard.
The large 36 litre (8 Gallon) fuel tank provides up to 20 hours operation without refueling under normal operation.
Remote control facilities are fitted as standard on the control panel with a remote control box and cable optionally available. A front cover to protect the control panel is also provided with the main ELCB fitted with a weatherproof cover.

The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 332SSD Super Silent welder/generator is a versatile high performance machine for one operator or two operators, providing excellent welding characteristics for all types of DC manual metal arc electrodes especially cellulosic types for pipeline welding. An arc selector switch is available in single and dual operator mode enabling the operator(s) to choose between cellulosic and basic electrode output. The welding output is controlled by a single range control which gives the operator(s) current range from 60 to 330 amps in single mode and 30 to 165 amps in dual mode.
The totally brushless welding alternator is controlled by an advanced IGBT control system which offers proven reliability, high performance and enables the output to be validated throughout the range. Output of the 6kW auxiliary generator is regulated by an AVR providing voltage regulation of +/-1.5%. Welding and auxiliary power are available at the same time. |

The Arc-Gen Weldmaker 400SD Super Silent Diesel Welder is a versatile high performance brushless Welder/generator providing up to 400 amps of D.C. welding and up to 10 kW 110V auxiliary output. Welding and auxiliary output are available at the same time.
Remote control facilities are fitted on the control panel with a 30 metre remote control box optionally available.
The large 40 litre tank provides up to 15 hours operation without refueling under normal conditions.
The super silent machine has been tested and approved to the EEC Regulations 84/535/EEC at 94 DB(a) in sound power which equates to approximately 66 DB(a) at 7m in sound pressure making it one of the quietest machines available in the European market.
The Weldmaker 400SD has automatic idle fitted as standard which operates from the welding and auxiliary outputs, reducing operating noise and fuel consumption when the machine is not in use.

The Arc-Gen Plasarc 70 engine driven generator Features a Single multi-function machine combines four machines. The Plasarc 70 engine driven generator performs four functions - Air Plasma Cutting, Manual Welding, Auxiliary AC Power and an Air Compressor all from the same machine.
The Plasarc 70 is capable of cutting all conductive metals up to a maximum of 35mm. The air plasma cutting process is totally supplied from the Plasarc 70.
The Plasarc 70 is supplied with a 15 metre lightweight Air Plasma Cutting Torch which is suitable for both contact and non contact cutting.
Arc-starting is immediate and enables easy cutting of any metal even when covered with paint, rust or dirt.
The single knob cutting output regulator easily adjusts to the thickness required.
Auxiliary AC power is available during welding, compressed air or air plasma cutting. Compressed air is available during welding.
The Plasarc 70 has a high performance generator which provides excellent welding characteristics for all types of manual metal electrodes especially cellulosic electrodes. The welding output is infinitely variable from 50 to 300 amps for electrodes from 2.5mm to 6.0mm in diameter.
The integral air compressor delivers up to 7 CFM for paint spraying, air tools or other light duty applications. |
Single phase 110V AC power for lighting and electric power tools on site. The auxiliary output is centre tapped to earth and is protected by overload circuit breaker and earth leakage trip to ensure complete safety operation on site.
The water cooled diesel engine is fitted with an automatic safety shutdown in the event of low oil pressure and/or high water temperature. Automatic idle is fitted as standard and operates during welding or cutting. The large 40 litre capacity fuel tank provides up to 10 hours operation under normal load.
The Plasarc 70 is extremely quiet during operation, the machine has been tested to the EEC Regulations 84/535/EEC and approved at 91 DB(A) in sound power which is approximately 63 DB(A) at 7m in sound pressure.

The Arc-Gen Powermaker range of multi-voltage generators have been designed using the latest technology to provide super silent machines offering three voltages at the same time.
The alternator fitted to the Powermaker range, utilises damper windings and an automatic voltage regulator which provides excellent performance characteristics giving extremely low voltage regulation and minimal waveform distortion.
